6th Annual NH Welding Competition
6th Annual
NH welding competition
FRIDAY, MAY 15TH, 2026
Manchester Community College
1066 Front Street
Manchester, NH 03102
As veteran skilled laborers retire, the need to train and replace them is more urgent than ever. To help address this growing concern, Steel Fabricators of New England is hosting a welding competition that highlights the talents of local high school students in CTE welding programs. The event not only showcases the next generation of skilled workers but also raises funds to support these programs and ensure they have the tools, equipment, and PPE needed to succeed.
The competition directly benefits New Hampshire’s CTE welding programs, helping to provide essential equipment, tools, and protective gear for participating schools. The event brings together students, educators, and local businesses for a day of friendly competition and community engagement, all while promoting the future workforce.
Last year we raised over $20,000 in donations for six New Hampshire CTE programs. The top three schools received welding machines, and all teams received donations to further support their programs.
We Need Your Support in 2026!
How You Can Help:
We are looking for sponsors and donations in the following areas:
Event Sponsorships: Gain visibility as a key supporter of the competition with prominent branding opportunities.
Award or Prize Sponsorship: Sponsor specific awards or prizes for top performers.
In-Kind Donations: Offer supplies, products, or services for a raffle that will help us make the event a success.
Cash donations: Your support will help fund CTE programs across the state.
Checks should be payable and mailed to:
AISC Education Foundation
130 E. Randolph St., Ste. 2000
Chicago, IL 60601
(Please reference "SFNE NH Welding Competition" on the check.)
Contact sfne@aisc.org for more information on available sponsorships. If you would like to donate or become a sponsor, please reach out to us before the competition date of May 15th, 2026. We can arrange to pick up your donation before then.
