Anthony B. Fioravanti is a litigator who handles complex commercial disputes across a broad spectrum of industries. His work includes commercial litigation matters involving business-to-business contract disputes, shareholder disputes, restrictive covenant, trade secret disputes, and construction and real estate litigation matters.

Anthony counsels clients through all stages of mediation, arbitration, and trials, with a pragmatic approach to litigation that helps clients achieve their business objectives. His experience handling matters for both plaintiffs and defendants helps him understand disputes and strategies from all perspectives and to best advise clients as they make important business decisions.

Dave Viens is a Partner at Kenney & Sams. He is an experienced business and commercial litigator with nearly twenty years of experience representing businesses and individuals in complex litigation in Massachusetts state and federal courts. Though often representing corporate clients and large property owners and developers, Dave’s practice includes general contract/business/commercial counseling and litigation, construction litigation, real estate litigation, close-corporation shareholder/partnership disputes, employment litigation, manufacturing/distribution disputes, insurance litigation, intellectual property, product and tort liability, and litigation involving financial institutions and other professionals.
