Zero Surprises: Building a Culture That’s Always Audit-Ready
Successful audits don’t happen by accident — they’re the result of consistent processes, clear communication, and a culture where quality and documentation are part of daily operations. Being “audit-ready” means your team, your records, and your workflows can withstand scrutiny at any time, not just when an AISC Certification audit is scheduled. This presentation will explore how fabrication and erection companies can build, strengthen, and sustain a culture that supports continuous audit readiness.
